Phaser
Phaser is a program for identifying linkage to recessive or dominant genes by reconstructing the haplotype for each individual's chromosome in a pedigree linked to a disease.

Phaser has been written by Ian Carr. It is still undergoing testing, and any feedback on its features or performance would be very welcome.
