Below is a link to the latest version of SNPsetter.
The older (and larger) zip archive downloads contain the SNPsetter executable and the User Guide (in PDF format).
Sample SNP data files may be included in future releases.
SNPsetter is currently tested only on Windows XP SP2. The .NET framework 2.0 must be installed. (Available through Windows Update or the Microsoft Download Centre.) Installation of SNPsetter is not required: simply run the program from the directory into which it is extracted.
