Below is a link to the latest version of AgileSMPoint.
AgileSMPoint is currently tested on Windows XP, Vista and Windows 7. The .NET framework 2.0 must be installed. (Available through Windows Update or the Microsoft Download Centre.) Installation of AgileSMPoint is not required: simply run the program from the directory into which it is extracted.

Sample data
Sample data for this program is available here. The data folder contains sequence data from a number of tumor samples, while the MutationHotspots folder contains a file that identifies the location of the somatic mutations of interest.
