Below is a link to the latest version of AgileSMAll.
AgileSMAll is currently tested on Windows XP, Vista and Windows 7. The .NET framework 2.0 must be installed. (Available through Windows Update or the Microsoft Download Centre.) Installation of AgileSMAll is not required: simply run the program from the directory into which it is extracted.

Sample data
Sample data for this program is available here (~561 Mb). The data folder contains sequence data from a number of tumor samples, while the Targets folder contains a file that describes the PCR products in the analysis.
