AgileROHFinder and AgileROHFilterer is currently tested on Centos 7 (Linux binaries) and Windows 7, WIndows 10 and Windows 11 (Windows binaries).

Sample data
Sample data for this program is available here (~12 Mb). The data folder contains a number of VCF from a pedigree affected by a mutation in the CHRNG gene. Key: Affected CHRNG-9.vcf, CHRNG-10.vcf and CHRNG-10A.vcf, Unaffected CHRNG-6.vcf, CHRNG-7.vcf and CHRNG-8.vcf
Example bash script
AgileROHFinder and AgileROHFilterer are designed to be used as part of a pipeline, an example of a bash script that automates AgileROHFinder can be found here: example_bash_script.sh
