Identification of insertions and deletions as well as large scale rearrangements using exome data.

AgilePindelFilter enables the rapid filtering, screening and sorting of indel variants derived from an exome sequencing experiment to allow the rapid detection of possible deleterious variants. The variants must first be annotated using Pindel and users may find it useful to read about Pindel before continuing.
