Below is a link to the latest version of AgileAnnotator.
AgileAnnotator is currently tested on Windows XP, Vista and Windows 7. The .NET framework 2.0 must be installed. (Available through Windows Update or the Microsoft Download Centre.) Installation of AgileAnnotator is not required: simply run the program from the directory into which it is extracted.

Sample data
Sample data for this program is not currently available. However, a human genomic annotation file and a CCDS exon data file, used by AgileAnnotator can be found here (~40 Mb) and here (~2.5 Mb).
